New Rules Regarding Visiting Non Residents

To all our residents.

I hope this time finds all of us healthy and in good spirits.
We are all aware of this dangerous period we are encountering due to the Covid 19 virus. However it is uncertain how long this virus will threaten our lives.

With this in mind your board is committed to the health of our community.

While we are all encouraged to frequently wash our hands, practice social distancing, and wear face masks, there is more that must be addressed.

We believe the following actions will protect our residents, many of whom fall into groups that are at significant risk.

  1. All persons returning to live or visit in the Masters must self isolate for 14 days. This means staying on their own property.
  2. If you currently have guests from out of state, they must self isolate for 14 days from their date of their arrival.
  3. Rentals less than 30 days are not permitted by our regulations as well as those of the state of Florida.
  4. Until the state ends this emergency period, new rentals beyond 30 days are not acceptable.

We appreciate that many wish to share their home at this time of year. It is unfortunately unwise to bring in guests and we strongly recommend that you wait until this emergency period has past!

The welfare of all of us is paramount and the above measures will assist in assuring a normal return to healthy living in the near future. Together we can make a difference!

Stay well,
Bill Ellis
