Due to failure to reach a quorum of the membership (30% by vote, proxy or
attending in person) the Annual Meeting could not be held. It was agreed to
reschedule the Annual Meeting for Wednesday 4/8/26 at 11am in the morning. Frankly Coastal sent a notice to all members that day advising them that the meeting had been rescheduled.
Celeste gave an overview of the most recent mailbox survey. 64 boxes have issues with paint bubbling on the rear of the boxes, flags not functioning properly or discoloration on the posts due to irrigation water hitting them. Two years ago we had the mailboxes sanded and repainted but we did not have the boxes removed from the posts so the backs were not addressed. New mailboxes are upwards of $700 each and not of the same quality. It was agreed that we should get quotes to remove the boxes and have them refurbished again as opposed to replacing them. Greenscapes will also be asked to provide a list of sprinklers that are still hitting mailboxes so they can be corrected.
Dusty Rhodes completed a comprehensive review of all our documents as well as those located on the FC website and the Pelican Sound website. FC was provided with electronic copies and will be uploading those that are missing from their website. Once that is completed we will finalize adding links to those documents on the Masters Website.
The question was raised as to why we are required to approve an Application for Sales in the community since we have no right to deny an application. Frankly Coastal will check with PS as to the need for this process.
Frankly Coastal is preparing Requests for Proposal (RFP) for landscaping services which should be sent out in May.
