Masters Community ( Owners / Renters/Guests)
A Masters Community event is at the new PSG&RC Racquet club on Monday, March 11, 2019 starting at 4:30 P.M.
This is a opportunity to enjoy our newly added amenity at Pelican Sound and just prior to final Bocce playoffs for our community.
The committee ( Jan Ellis, Monika Clark & Pat Becker) is working on final food arrangements, but need your assistance for their planning.
They must give a vendor a final total on attendees four days before the event;
No different than prior years when we use an outside vendor to support a planned event.
We will have Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts available for those that would like to play before and during our event. Several Masters members have volunteered to schedule playing and/ or providing group training on either pickle Ball or tennis on one of the reserved courts training , if there is interest .
We will have courts from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
We apologize the for short notice but as you realize we had to wait for the Town of Estero approval on the new racquet center , then get in line for an event date after the Club first selected dates for all their events. Several dates we considered were gone within hours while considering if acceptable. WE chose the 11th to have the benefit of daylight savings and prior to community Bocce finals. . It is nice to know PSG&RC will have a well used facility!
An agenda and menu/ cost will be issued prior to the event.
Currently our committee is requesting your sign up now for planning. You will pay at the event similar to prior years at the catered events.
Please advise if you will or cannot attend. If attending you will be sent a confirmation.
