The Masters Board will be holding a workshop meeting on September 27, 2022, to discuss and seek your feedback on, the Pelican Sound proposed ARC changes introducing the installation of flat roof tiles. Residents were sent an email on September 13 with information on the proposal, and this is also available on our website.
After the workshop, households will be sent a request asking you to vote Yes or No on two questions:
1. Should the Masters approve the proposed changes to the ARC Guidelines, and
2. If the proposed Pelican Sound ARC Guidelines are approved by the NVRs, should the Masters restrict the use of flat roofs in our community.
The voting period will end on October 12.
Our meeting will be primarily a Zoom meeting but if anyone prefers to attend, we will be using Cambridge Property Management facility for this workshop.
