We are pleased to have a large turnout for our annual Christmas Party with over 100 attendees.

Our event will be held at the River Club from 6:00 – 9:30 P.M. The Bar will be open at 5:30 P.M. encouraging those that want to come early. Our photographer will also be available. Dress wear is seasonal casual.
It is requested all attendees wear their name badges. We have many new neighbors and several guests.
Our event includes :
- 5:30 P.M. Bar open
- 6:00 P.M. Appetizers and Drinks
- 7:00 P.M. Dinner – Menu below
- 8:30 P.M. +/- Christine Mantilia
Our cocktail hour will be held in the bar area, on the rear back porch, and around the fire pits. Servers will be available for drinks and serving appetizers. There is plenty of space to mingle and see your neighbors prior to dinner.
For dinner , It will be appreciated that everyone be seated in the large main dining room at the tables of 8 or 10: The room seating will be adequate to seat total expected attendees.
MUSIC
The committee has hired Larry D entertainment to play from 6:00 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. This is a change from prior years
We are requesting attendees to donate $4.00 per person or $8.00 per couple towards paying for our entertainment and expenses at the dinner.
We will be on the honor system with a name list and box for deposit at the front desk . Just check off your name and deposit money in box. We appreciate everyone’s support. Please bring proper payment .
PHOTOS
The committee has arranged for photos to be taken at our Christmas Party. Aga Edwards has graciously volunteered to be the photographer.
Current plan is for photos to be taken when you enter. If there is a line up you can proceed to the bar area and return later for your photo.
Group photos by request etc. will also be taken during the evening.
All photos taken at the party will be sent to our Masters web site. You will be able to select your photo; any number of neighbors or group photos or select all the photos to be downloaded to your computer. Instructions on downloading will be issued when the photos are placed on the Masters web site.
